The Innovation Academy, UCD will start a new Postgraduate Certificate in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise in Athlone on Thursday 26th March.
The programme is for jobseekers from all backgrounds with five years+ work experience or a level 8 qualification who want to set up their own enterprise OR who would like to learn important transferable skills that will set them apart in the jobs market. It is delivered FREE via the Department of Social Protection Springboard Initiative (the programme is worth €4,000 per participant).
The programme runs for 18 weeks, 2 days a week and is delivered by a team of Entrepreneurial Experts using leading edge business techniques. The classroom environment is like no other. Participants work in teams and learn by doing. They have an opportunity too work in partnership with local businesses and hear from successful local entrepreneurs.
