It’s important to come to the second interview with answers – but you should think about bringing questions too.
After the first interview, your curiosity about the company should have grown. Between interview one and two, focus on generating some questions that display that curiosity. It will transmit your enthusiasm for your role.
In the first interview, the company are likely to have revealed certain things about their plans, their challenges, their story to date – in there you will find topics you can raise in the second interview. Interviews are about much more than answering questions. By asking the right questions, you will draw them into conversation too – and as we always say here in Slí Nua Careers, a good interview should feel like a knowledgeable conversation.
In the second interview, build on what you learned from the first day out.
