The client has a number of options to pay:
1. PREFERRED METHOD: They pay online using the link we send out with all bookings – this will be either full payment when the price is fixed, or 50 per cent deposit when the price is uncertain. This is the preferred method of payment. This is one of the reasons why sending out the right email beforehand is so important. Also, copy admin@slinuacareers.com in all payment/booking emails sent to clients.
2. NEXT BEST METHOD: They pay the coach on the day (using the Click HERE to take payments below). This saves us having to chase the client afterwards and removes any possibility of payment not being made.
3. THIRD IN LINE: If they don’t pay on the day, the coach forwards the email from 1 above, copying the office again.
4. RARE CASES WHEN ABOVE HASN’T HAPPENED: They should be referred to the office to pay. However, we can only guarantee that the office phone will be answered between 9am and 12noon each work day. With online payment such a common thing for everybody these days, a phone call should be a very rare option.
