Patricia is an experienced and highly-successful Career Coach. She has mentored candidates to achieve successful career outcomes all over Ireland, and, indeed, overseas.
In 1990, she founded the first private college (Park College, Galway) to provide a repeat Leaving Certificate programme to second-level students in the west of Ireland. A pioneer and an innovator throughout her life in education, she saw over 2,500 students pass through the college.
Working closely with so many students helped to develop Patricia’s in-depth knowledge of careers. She possesses an expertise in helping people to realise their full potential.

I am a former Irish Research Council (RC) scholar who was funded for PhD research on poverty in Argentina, where I also carried out volunteer work with NGOs in underprivileged communities between 2014 and 2016.
I have several years’ experience lecturing in the field of Spanish and Latin American Studies.
Prior to this, I graduated from Maynooth University with a BA in Media Studies and MA in Spanish and Latin American Studies. I also have considerable experience in the banking sectors of Ireland and the UK, and attained Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and Diploma in Wealth Management certificates in 2005.
Fintan served for 38 years as an Officer in the Defence Forces and retired in the rank of Commandant. During his service with the Defence Forces, he held a wide range of appointments both at home and abroad. He has served with the United Nations (UN), the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) and the European Union Force (EUFOR).
His career in the Defence Forces has included appointments in Training, Logistics, Planning and Personnel Management.
He has experience of being a member of Interview Boards to fill appointments at all levels in the Defence Forces. Fintan has a Degree in Public Management and is a graduate of the Military College, Command and Staff Course.

She provides sales and office management support to senior staff in an international publishing company.
