Patricia is an experienced and highly-successful Career Coach. She has mentored candidates to achieve successful career outcomes all over Ireland, and, indeed, overseas.
In 1990, she founded the first private college (Park College, Galway) to provide a repeat Leaving Certificate programme to second-level students in the west of Ireland. A pioneer and an innovator throughout her life in education, she saw over 2,500 students pass through the college.
Working closely with so many students helped to develop Patricia’s in-depth knowledge of careers. She possesses an expertise in helping people to realise their full potential.

He has vast experience of working in small-family owned businesses and multinational companies where he occupied roles ranging from Financial and Business Analysis to Financial Management and Control.
He has also developed and taught several modules across a number of disciplines at third-level, and presented his work at international conferences.

Deirdre May, a Limerick woman who forged a highly-successful career in sales and marketing, is our Limerick Career Coach.

John Moloney is a retired Primary School Principal and current community activist with over 40 years’ experience of disadvantaged education and advancing the lives of people and communities.
Prior to being a Principal, he was a Primary School Teacher (with experience of all classes from Junior Infants to Sixth Class), Learning Support Co-Ordinator and Home-School-Community Liaison Co-Ordinator.

His career in the Defence Forces has included appointments in Training, Logistics, Planning and Personnel Management.

Arthur has 30 years’ experience in the education sector in Ireland, Switzerland and the UK. He has been a principal teacher for 14 years, and has significant experience in recruitment for the sector sitting on interview panels for many schools. He has sat on Boards of Management at secondary and primary levels.
He is a graduate of NUI Galway with a BA in Mathematics and Economics, and a H. Dip. in Education. He also holds a PGCE from the University of Wales, and a P.G. Dip. in Ed L. from NUI Maynooth.

Siobhán served for 16 years in the Irish Defence Forces, working at home and in international peacekeeping environments.
She has considerable HR experience with specific interest in recruitment and selection, training and management of training at all entry levels.

She is the holder of a B. Comm (Hons) from NUI Galway, where her streams were HR, Economics and French. In 2008, she retired from the Defence Forces as a Captain.

Mark co-owns a thriving business in the health services industry. In a career spanning over 30 years, he has extensive commercial experience in a number of industries, including construction/road haulage, catering and the health sector.
“My working life has taken me from the shop floor to the boardroom and from the UK to Ireland. A strong customer focus and attention to detail continue to be my priority in everything I do,” he says.

Colm is a member of the Guidance Department in Coláiste Bhaile Chláir, Claregalway, Co. Galway.
He achieved first class honours when completing his MA in Guidance Counselling and Lifespan Development at the University of Limerick.
He has experience of providing careers and educational guidance related services in his school, and also of working with adults at various stages of their career path.
Colm also holds a QQI Level 6 Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics.
A keen sportsperson, he has played at all levels of hurling for Galway, including senior, and continues to be an active member of Tommy Larkins GAA Club. He also enjoys coaching emerging players.
