We help you explore all aspects of your key decisions – career domains that suit you; suitable courses; and making subject and other choices that make sense for you.
Identify alternative career opportunities which will better support your passions, strengths and ambitions – and make concrete plans.
Coaching is operated on a one-to-one and confidential basis. A typical coaching contract involves four to six one hour sessions which can be face-to-face, or via Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp or phone.
Meet with one of our Career Guidance Counsellors Sean Larkin or Colm Flynn to explore all aspects of your key decisions – career domains that suit your personality type, skills and strengths; suitable courses in those domains; and making subject and other choices that make sense for you.
Cost per meeting: €210 (incl. 23% VAT)
Duration: 60-90 minutes
Format: Bulk of the meeting is with the student; parent(s)/guardian(s) may join meeting for final 15-25 minutes.
Beforehand: We get you to complete a number of questionnaires that help Sean, Colm or Ann – and you – develop insights into your personality type, skills and strengths. These are included in the cost of the session.
Afterwards: We provide you with a report / follow-up actions from the meeting. Further meetings can be arranged if necessary.

A former teacher of Mathematics and Guidance & Counselling, Ann also has over 20 years’ experience as a Deputy Principal of a large secondary school in Co. Mayo.
She has a comprehensive understanding of, and interest in, all matters pertaining to the Irish education system at post-primary level.
She has been a Facilitator with National Induction Programme for Newly Qualified Teachers (NIPT) for many years.
Ann currently works with Hibernia College and University of Limerick as a Student Placement Tutor.
She is available to offer information, advice, guidance and support to clients seeking work, further education or training.
How it works:
– Initial 10-minute exploratory phone call – free of charge
– Full session and follow-up – hourly rate of €115 (incl. 23% VAT)
– Further session and follow-ups as required at hourly rate.
Brendan is passionate about assisting people achieve their full potential.
He became a Life and Executive coach in pursuit of this passion. Coaching is a collaborative effort between coach and client in which the client is assisted to identify what they want to achieve, to recognise the reality of their current situation and to identify the steps required to fulfill the dream.
Coaching is operated on a one-to-one and confidential basis. A typical coaching contract involves four to six one hour sessions which can be face-to-face, or via Skype or other telephonic means.
Coaching is very distinct from counselling, therapy or mentoring.

Sessions with Brendan cost €85 each. He generally proposes four sessions, of one-hour duration, Prior to making an appointment, Brendan will speak with you for 10-15 minutes by phone so that both of you are satisfied you can work with each other.
