Brendan is passionate about assisting people achieve their full potential.

He became a Life and Executive coach in pursuit of this passion. Coaching is a collaborative effort between coach and client in which the client is assisted to identify what they want to achieve, to recognise the reality of their current situation and to identify the steps required to fulfill the dream.

Coaching is operated on a one-to-one and confidential basis. A typical coaching contract involves four to six one hour sessions which can be face-to-face, or via Skype or other telephonic means.

Coaching is very distinct from counselling, therapy or mentoring.

Brendan worked for 30 years in An Garda Siochana and for 14 years with North Mayo Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS). More on Brendan HERE.

Brendan has acquired the following educational qualifications;

• Diploma in Business and Life Coaching accredited by Positive Success Group;
• Diploma in Employee Welfare from University College Cork;
• Advanced Diploma in Money Advice Practice from Ulster University.

Sessions with Brendan cost €85 each. He generally proposes four sessions, of one-hour duration, Prior to making an appointment, Brendan will speak with you for 10-15 minutes by phone so that both of you are satisfied you can work with each other.
