Fintan served for 38 years as an Officer in the Defence Forces and retired in the rank of Commandant. During his service with the Defence Forces, he held a wide range of appointments both at home and abroad. He has served with the United Nations (UN), the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) and the European Union Force (EUFOR).
His career in the Defence Forces has included appointments in Training, Logistics, Planning and Personnel Management.

Arthur Geraghty
Arthur has over 30 years’ experience in the education sector in Ireland, Switzerland and the UK. He has been a principal teacher since 2006 and has significant experience in recruitment for the sector as an external assessor on interview panels. He has sat on Boards of Management at secondary and primary levels.
