Sli Nua Careers are delighted to be supporting the Department of Social Protection jobs week initiative HERE which runs from Monday the 29th of September up to Friday 3rd of October. The events are designed to bring job seekers and employers together and will include talks on areas such as CV preparation, interview skills and job seeking techniques.
Mark Mc Donald from our Dublin North Office (more HERE) will be representing Sli Nua Careers throughout the week. The first event takes place on Monday 29th at the RDS and is titled the Back To Work Master Class and Jobs Expo. This event will run from 9am to 5pm and will include a series of panel discussions aimed at helping jobseekers to understand what employers expect from a CV and application.
Mark will be giving talks to jobseekers in Finglas on Tuesday 30th at the local Intreo Offices between 9am and 1pm. These talks will be aimed at explaining the best way to set about creating your CV so that it will stand out.
Wednesdays event takes place in the Marine Hotel Sutton and is a local job fair running from 10am to 4pm. Mark will be at the Sli Nua Careers stand and will be happy to chat to anyone passing by.
The final event is planned for Thursday 2nd and will take place at the local Intreo office in Coolock between 9am and 1pm. Again, Mark will be on hand to offer advice to local job seekers on how best to secure the job they want.
