Job seekers and career changers will be given the opportunity to sharpen their interview skills, thanks to a forthcoming evening seminar hosted by Sli Nua Careers, one of the country’s leading career training companies.
“Feel the fear, and sail through the interview anyway” is the title of the seminar which will take place in the Central Hotel, Exchequer Street, Dublin 2, on Thursday, October 11th, from 6.30-7.30pm.
Although the event is free of charge, pre-registration is necessary as places are limited. The speakers will be Liam Horan and Aoife Prendergast, Career Coaches, Sli Nua Careers, who have offices in Dublin, Galway and Mayo.
“The purpose of the seminar is to help people give the best possible account of themselves in job interviews. A great many people fail to ‘sell’ themselves in interviews, and that’s a great pity,” said Liam, who is published nationally on career matters.
“We feel this seminar will prove invaluable at a time when it’s so important to give yourself the edge in what is an extremely competitive jobs market.”
All participants will receive a free e-Book outlining creative job-searching strategies, along with CV preparation and interview tips.
