It’s a very simple process right now – it will take you about five minutes.
You will need your PPS number for this stage of the application process. You will be asked to supply some other basic information.
At one point they will ask you if you are interested in the Garda Reserve. Our advice is to tick ‘yes, interested in Garda Reserve’ because at this point we believe it’s good to show interest in the whole Garda area.
An Garda Siochána will come back to all applicants shortly with details of the aptitude test
